E is for RE-ENERGIZE!
So it’s time to put a little pep in your step. I’m not talking Red Bull…I’m talking Pitbull. Put some music on and shake what your momma gave ya!
Get yourself in motion to get the blood flowing. Try something fun…..different. Do you own a hoola hoop? A jump rope? Get creative and GET MOVING! Twist and shout, rock and roll, or do the cupid shuffle. Any which way will do.
There’s a funny new craze happening. Dance-walking. It started out as a silly spoof on jazzing up a dull daily walk. Maybe you can give it a try. Enlist the help of some children if you think you’ll look too silly. It will look like it was their idea and you’re just going along with it. Try it – you just might like it.
If you already have a routine – change it up a bit. Get yourself out of the ho-hum, predictable schedule.
Five minutes a day is the challenge that I present you with. Start with 3 minutes if it’s been awhile sing you’ve moved and grooved. Heck if you’re even so stubborn or sedentary…..try 1 minute. A little goes a long way.

Didn’t know about dance-walking but it sounds like so much fun. Wouldn’t it be great to have a neighborhood group doing this?
