The mission of The Menopause Fairy is to honor and support myself and all women during these life-changing years. Our Menopause “Mindset” will help us and heal us. Together we can navigate the challenges of “THE CHANGE” in a positive, life-enhancing way.

Menopause is not a new phenomenon and it is definitely not a “ONE SIZE FITS ALL” experience. It is an ancient mystery that brings special gifts to each woman that uses its energies wisely. It is a period of transition and transformation that usually consists of stages of reflection, isolation, confusion, frustration and it may even have you question your own SANITY!

Each stage has different needs and demands requiring different tools, skills and strategies to “make the most” out of our own unique menopause experience, thus allowing us to learn, grow and create! As we learn more about ourselves and our changes we can heal and grow by creating new perceptions of ourselves, our situations, environments and relationships.

I am committed to creating a ‘safe space’ community in which we, as women, share our experiences and journeys to help one another navigate the challenges of the changes happening during midlife and menopause.

This is a place to share wisdom – not just information, solutions – not just suggestions, and help – not just hype. This is an atmosphere of openness and support……..and of course…CHOCOLATE!
